Good god just legalize it. I am a Arkansas resident and for it to mostly be a country state this business would go good. Not just for smoking or medical use but for others. You can make ropes and oils out of cannabis. Do you know how much we could benefit and how many jobs that could open up. USA needs to get there shit together and stop with the games. NEVER happen....check out what Obama Husin is doing in Ca.-state said o.k. to M.M. clinics YEARS ago,feds said nothing, but "give us the tax money", THEN that fake ass "war on drugs" thing cant catch NOBODY,but slow moving,DOCUMENTED sick,and hurt people(who cant run), and "barry" says "look,i caught some druggies".....i think he knows its all over for him.and i bet he,s happy that at least he,ll get over 100 g a year (more of our tax dollars THROWN AWAY),when its all over. he,ll need it.
They need to have medical marijuana in arkansas, it's just how they take it in different states.. Do we know how many people sign up yet..
