probably not. its 40 bucks, it jams easy, and it takes a long time to reload the chains. where are you going to use it? in short indoor wars, maybe buy it, but for outdoor wars get maybe a dart tag blaster and use a crossfire or nightfinder as a secondary.

By "powerful" I assume you mean range. Hornet has the best range stock, but I would get a Big Bad Bow or Longshot. If you're using modified guns, get a Big Blast or a Titan and single it.
