Primera Flats was the main gang which occupied Aliso Village for many years, and I know they're still around today. If you're up around Prospect Park (Chavez and Boyle), you'll see a lot of ES PF tagging. Also, PF has migrated to other parts of the city. Sur Central P Flats operates heavily along 23rd Street, between San Pedro and Main.

I live more eastward in unincorporated East LA, so I'm not too familiar with this area. Could someone explain the whole deal to me (without claiming gangs please)? So these PJs were home to TMC, Dukes, Primera and Cuatro? Or were they occupied by just one gang with the other gangs in the immediate area? And isn't there still a housing project named Pico Gardens just south of there? If anyone could give me a history of the area and the gangs, that would be great.

i know that after the projects were destroyed that eastside aliso capone13 aka alcapone13 (ALCP) started a click over here in west covina and got a stable area that they run....ALCP was one of the smaller gangs in the projects...they were deep for a minute out here but most of the homies busted...but still got a strong presience....

Since 1980 -1999 my mother and I lived in the Aliso/Pico extension projects just across the street from Aliso Village. Our apartment faced 1st and had a large Mural panting of a mother holding her son. I enjoyed your video.
