I'm playing this on 360.. but noticed you missed the cigarette pack int he locker room locker on the left center. Not sure if it's same on PC, but FYI anyways.
Dude, if you got the disguise in the dressing room, you could by armour and cigs, and some other crap. And you could talk to all the guards and take them out 1 by 1 :D

look in the locker you can deguise in soldier like them and you don't get shoot
