  • Nice to see the face behind the voice. Even more so that the face is soooo hot

  • beautiful girl

  • omg, this reminds me of the article that ensidia made for their website, which was fucking epic!! The most ridiculous article i've ever read... btw, your mental health is very important if you want to get a healthy life and body. Secondly a typical psychiatrist would tell you not to spent more than 3 hours a day in front of the computer to successfully keep a healthy mental condition. Fit doesn't mean healthy.

  • Why is everybody saying things like that? They ether jealous women or lonely men

  • Wow i forgot this slut existed, i still have her naked photos saved on my computer. DEM MINI SAGGY PANCAKES!

  • Here's another tip: When you wake up in the morning before you log on to World of Warcraft or sit at the computer, jump in shower. Take a COLD shower and focus on the water on your upper chest and upper back areas. New research shows this cold exposure can trigger brown adipose tissue (brown fat) to burn the unwanted white fat--a survival mechanism from our ancestors. This is essentially an easy way to burn add'l calories outside of a sensible workout routine.

  • @pwnaddons Comments like this are totally unnecessary and individuals like this should be banned. Thank you Aliena for taking the time to put this together.

  • @virbiusanteros ppl say crap to me all the time on youtube. i don't go around crying about it. i don't go around threating people with a ban cause i have nothing better to do with my life.

  • @virbiusanteros My apologies to anyone I may have offended and for using the banned word. I just really appreciate the series.

  • adasd

  • does anyone know how to recreate the effect of slow motion?

  • lol i love the bloopers they make me laugh everytime, great vid you brought up alot of good points

  • It seems Aliena has forgotten the rules around here....TITS OR GTFO!

  • Someone want to raid WITH you, But i want to ride you!

  • i like practical advice thnaks

i think peeps need vids like this to start thinking of healthy living

preparing meals in advance is one i would definitely have to get into

  • how did u noe my pants dont fit anymore?!?! lol jk this video helped thanks!(:

  • i love your videos though i understand everything, keep making more, if you werent you we would spend more gold repairing for the wipes so we could invent our own tacts.very nice job..this is the only vid i dissagree

  • making special foods and shit....Sleeping regains you strenght such as patience and stuff....trying to stay asleep just like as our friend card369 means that you are a man whose interest is only wow not gym no physical excercise.ok i say it i play 5hours+a day wow but when i need to sleep late at night im not pushing myself to the limits because cataclysm wont be gone after that night..i know i'll get many positive thumbs from people of that kind but its alright, thats what i believe...

  • if we did it, would that be a good way to stay healthy?

  • i can get a FitGamer t-shirt to wear to the gym? O.o

  • How many calories do you burn from master baiting luls?

  • I'm lucky. I don't care about overeating and stuff. This is why.

I'm a high school rugby player.

  • lol my bmr is 2686 ahaha

  • 11:54 Huge lol

  • i smoke weed every day i don't give a FUCK!

  • Just one nitpick here, otherwise great video: Diet soda is the devil in disguise. Research has shown that the components in diet soda actually inhibit the satiety (I'm full) signal to the brain, causing us to overeat during our meals.

  • Nice to hear you talkin about other things then wow since your voice is win :)

  • Did she just tell us to "Instead, when you feel like indulging, only pick up one serving of the crack."

    Dont be fat, Do Drugs!

  • if you actually dont intake more calories than burn eventually your body will move from you stored fat, to your brain.

  • I love these, keep it up Aliena. =]

  • I am detecting a cultured accent.

  • I watch your videos just to see you :D

  • i wonder though is it bad if ur on a diet to cheat ? :P and eat a baconator anyways :D?

  • I love Alienas voice it is so calm and relaxing <3

  • i love your facial expressions <3 :D

  • This BMR calculator is so very wrong. You cannot throw out a few variables into the mix and then generalize when your talking about humans. It's not that the math is wrong, it's just insane to think that you can creater a formula with so few variables and it be accurate.

  • @soocl0se BMR formulas are actually very accurate, estimated expenditure formulas are often very inaccurate.

  • People should really be thankful for you taking your time to explain the basic of healthy eating to wow players, really nice to see gamers trying to get fit, although what you said is more then most know, sometimes counting calories is really necessary to break plateaus for those more advanced going for their six pack, it isn't that hard with software like fitday or other softwares.

  • your voice sounds fake

  • I dont know how it is in the states, but in Europe, on the nutrition lables, the calories are listed as K(Kilo)cal/(Kjoule).. as in thousands of kalories. Usually when someone says that there's "25 calories in this pack of butter" its infact 25.000 calories. Just a thing that confused me at start. So for the europeans: If someone says "recommended calorie intake per day is 2500" or something like that, thats 2500 kcal.

  • This was a helpful video thank you. Myself I have been dieting for 4 1/2 months. I have lost 52 LBs and I eat plenty :). All I've had to do so far is cut out all soda I drink water G2 Gatorade and 1% milk (more water then the other 2) eat lean meat (chicken without skin fish with low mercury) and plenty of fruits and veggies. It's really not that hard when you get use to it and the food is great.

  • this was a very helpful video and great tips!!!! cheers :)

  • natchos, hot dogs, and chocolate chips will give you all the energy you need to play wow - and as a bonus none of them require cooking :)

  • Aliena please read and comment this. (thanks)

    My BMR say's 1241.5

But this can't be correct at all

Couse i have had times where i lost 5kg in 1 day (wish i was kidding)

Or i used to be able to gain 3kg. a day.

    Not anymore tho ..i'm having a hard time getting over 62kg. . (i'm 1m86 +- 7' 2")

so my body is deffenatly capable of burning more then that.

Or am i totally wrong on what BMR means ?

    Thanks in advance.

    -Maarten

  • I dont have to work for 3 days and cata comes out tonight what healthy food can i eat that will keep me awake all night?

  • @card969 Haha, I am currently hard-boiling some eggs and stocking up on apples/bananas/86% chocolate/coffee/cheese/oatmeal to last me a while. Also going out for lunch to my favorite Vietnamese place today so I won't miss real food too much. ;)

  • @Saonserey mmm that sounds good although i cant eat vietnamese, doesnt agree with me lol. The other stuff sounds really good thought thanks:)

  • @Saonserey Beautiful, Fit, Work's out. You're my dream girl :). I also Workout lots and eat very healthy and game out once awhile :).

  • @card969 yea speed

  • I don't put on pounds.

  • Crack-cocaine helps me lose weight! <3

  • @KyleP1928 Awwww, your sooo cute together.

    Kismet.

  • Omg... the boredom gets me so much, I hate it! I really wish I could just lose weight doing nothing but alas I am on the "move more, eat less... junk" diet. :D and my BMR is 1800-ish is that good for a 18 year old... I hope I didn't just say I am fat -.-

  • @jakisemo BMR isn't something that's 'good' or 'bad', it just gives you a rough idea of how many calories you burn a day. 1800 calories is the base of what you burn when sedentary, exercise and activity make that number go up.

  • Thanks for making this video! Very useful common sense tips to try to keep in mind daily. I'm actually going to print this and keep it somewhere to remind me regularly. ^_^

  • hilarious! i'm a wow-retard and i dont know what do eat.

wtf! i AM proud to count what i eat! and i care of my body and LOVE mmo's since meridian59 - whats wrong? Nothing! just healthy. big ups

  • @davetownersville Kids nowadays have no idea how good they got it.

  • @davetownersville Dude... really hard to believe he would have really done that and you would be "open" to talk about it... a Thumbs up whore -___-

  • @davetownersville 90% water 4% bacteria 6% food

  • it told me u had 3100 is that bad or good?

  • @mjcmjc1 Holy crap dude! Well it depends, so long as you eat enough to keep up with it's very good!

  • i would listen to u blabur all day

  • BOOBS OR GTFO

  • Healthy eating is at the limitation of the person who is eating. Me, for example, I'm allergic to fruits (except citrus), nuts (except peanuts and cashews), and shellfish. So I am very limited on what I can eat without it killing me. I tend to snack a lot, I don't drink much soda, mostly coffee, water and juice. Wheat and Milk give me digestive problems so they're out too. I don't eat fast food unless it's Panda Express. What can I do to eat healthier without the side effect of death?

  • I would never eat a yo-yo

  • The artificial sugars in the diet coke are bad for your body since they are artificial.

  • @SigR1988 True, recent studies have shown that aspartame and acesulfame K are sweet thus tricking the body into thinking it is consuming a carbohydrate for energy, since there is no carbohydrate once in the body, the body stores fat for the energy source. People who drink diet drinks and use artificial sweeteners are only getting fatter. (Not exact, but I've researched some studies, truncated for ease or reading, plus I've been up all night/day doing heroics so I'm tired).

  • @m1dnightw0lf If you like heroics I would recommend checking out research being done on THC as a possible cure for cancer and it seems to be very promising.

  • @SigR1988 Unfortunately I'm one of the millions of people who think using THC is bad for you and I don't have cancer, I'm just allergic to a bunch of plants and shellfish, but nice try. BTW the Feds are at your door, don't answer, just run out the back door.

  • @m1dnightw0lf lol I don't live in the US, also I wasn't assuming you had cancer I just thought since you liked studies you'd maybe check out the research being done on the chemical since more need to know that it can help against cancer, but since your stuck on believing THC = bad then I'm not going to try to convince or was even doing that in the first place just relaying information.

Water is bad for you if you drink too much you will die! :)

  • I was honestly surprised on how accurate this was. Yes carbs are amazing, you should only eat the right ones though at the first half of your day...particularly if you exercise or lift...carbs are a NECESSITY if you lift...as well as ridiculous amounts of protein...generally 1.5x your body weight in protein A DAY...over 6-7 meals...on the contrary to what most people eat...if you want to lose weight, eat more often...

  • 3 glasses of milk a day increases your metabolism

  • @burnsage Are you even human? What makes you even think you can talk to any person like that? Shes dedicating her time to help people out. You didnt have to watch her video or listen to her advice so why say something like that? I strongly advise you grow up, act more mature and start to respect other people or else life would be a struggle for you.

  • Hi, how are things?

  • gief that babe!

  • Did anyone else hear .....Crack. Aids!

  • water. drink it! add splenda if you dont like the taste

  • NEIN!

  • I think understanding food labels should be in the national curriculum. I was shocked when I read about it while researching dog food. For instance "chicken" includes eyes, beaks, and feathers. Other tricks including splitting an ingredient so that the "bad" ones look lower down on the list or grouping them so that the "good" ones appear higher on the list.

  • I recently read a book Omnivores Dilemma, its a great book any interesting, intellectual read that will tell u where ur food and whats in it. I'm in no way connected to the author, or the publisher. Spoiler alert Chicken Mcnuggets have a form of butane in them.

  • i just read a book Omnivores Dilemma. Really interesting read for those who what to know where u food comes from and whats in it. Spoiler Chicken Mcnuggets have a form of butane in them.

  • If you eat a proper diet you wont feel like eating more than you need, we get cravings for fatty things because the western diet is woefully deficient in omega 3's, this is because of the use of seed based oils such as canola and sunflower as well as meat and dairy fed on grains instead of grass. Extra virgin olive oil is a decent replacement but I suspect it is not optimal for anglo metabolisms in which case organic butter would be better.

  • This is a great help but what i usually do to keep nice and lean is between wintergrasps

And a BG or two on 3 diff chars. 3 diff servers theres about 20-30min down time so i can walk the dog, take a jog or do pull ups

  • Very interesting. I am also female and a WoW player. Me and my boyfriend play together and we are joined at the hip pretty much, which makes it a little awkward when selecting meals. I have never really been an active person, running makes me feel ill, but more because I am terribly unfit. I had blood clots when I was 18 so I'd really like to get active as not only will I feel better raiding a few hours having done some exercise, I will also feel better generally as I have something else to do.

  • bleh damm american mesurements.. -.-

  • My BMR is 1927.2

    im 16 is it good? :? :S

  • I always heard olive oil is good for you but i guess its not good for loosing weigth.

  • I just want to say, that since I have started to watch what I eat, notice when I'm eating too much... I have actually dropped a belt size this last week.

Go raiding beer drinking/rum drinking warlock? wut? :D

  • Ive Read about ppl that moves alot such as, bicycle, jogging, or any other exercises will get a better concentration and focus, mostley the reason why i started to at least :P

also i read about an article where they made a studie where dark choclate will reduce ur sweet tooth in case ur in a mood for some

for my part, thats what usually happens to me after an hour when ive eaten a meal :P

great tips Aliena! Keep up with this :D

Hope the tips i wrote above are usefull for everyone here :)

  • cut out soda- no problems

    cut out fruit juices QQQQQQQQ

  • fitgamer thats just awesome

  • Thankyou for this i am only 15 (At the moment) And i am a bit chubby i kinda realised why and how it effected me and i decided to do something and at the moment i have lost around 7 pounds ^^ Good tip with the hiding things by the way, but another good thing is to put healthy foods were your snacks would be. example; i would move your favorite cake to the furthest place away from were you generally stay (For me the computer) And put something healthly in its place like apples in the cake tin.

  • i used the info in this vid and told my friends, it made me look like i know what im talking about. Sorry aliena, i took the credit xD

  • It sounded like you say have 1 serving of your crack!?! lol

  • to get fit you make the changes you need to you are the ones who see your bodys most the time if you want to get fit put down the sweets and chips eat white meats drink water cut down on the how much you eat, go running for 15-20min a day its not hard go to the gym if you have a 1hour in your day remember you don't get fit in 1-2weeks this takes months just hang in there eat well cut down on the suger and salt and get active. IT WILL PAY OF

  • "You have a BMR of 1924.14" - What does that mean? :|

Am i going to die? :|

  • WATER ... drink it .... lots of it .... it makes you feel full and is great for you and has 0 cal.

  • @ariesburns cals are good ^^ just not the refined ones

  • @Xtclilium I use it so I don't eat so many cal ,,,, all things in moderation

  • i imagined u being asian... but you're actually white and attractive =o

  • @m40prodigy how big amount of asians are not white? -.-

  • best to just exercise and try n clean out the fats in the beginning, if you cut too much calories body's metabolism can drop off and you will burn less calories and store more as fat. 1hour exercise a day and 6 small meals is the best way i think. I have gf's that try to just eat one big meal a day and not realise that it does more harm than good as most will be stored not burnt.

  • im the worst at eating healthy i eat out of boredem all the i just recently bought a 25 pack of candy bars and they were buy one get one free so i now have 50 candt bars calling my name all day its hard to control myself but i cant say i over eat if anything i under eat i usually wake up at about 1 P.M. and eat im gonna call it breakfast and then eat dinner about 4 hours later i am supposed to eat 2000 calories a day but i cant say i do

  • ill overeat you!!! :D good commentary and good ideas and information

  • i lolled @ "im waiting"

  • My BMR says 1702.9 and i'm underweight so i guess the number is sort of right? or i don't know.

  • 6:48 WOOT BOARD lol

  • I have followed your WoW vids since they started. I am a resto sham and i spend a lot of time on the computer researching my class, raiding, and leveling alts. I found that i forget to eat when playing wow. What do you recommend for really easy snacks that provide me with a lot of calories?

  • @frestyleer ROFL

  • Ive gotta love beeing natrual skinny. Eat what i want/what i get for that matter, some extra protein and regulary exircise = a pretty healthy body:D

  • The friggin BMR said I was underweight. I have a very healthy weight/build, definitely not underweight (or overweight, for that matter).

  • @IFoundTheInternet Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) has nothing to do with weight. It just tells you how many calories you burn at rest per day.If you're referring to your BMI, those are often inaccurate which is also the reason I didn't mention them.

  • @Saonserey Ah, my mistake.

  • BRM is crap, ignore it. I was 120 kilos only 6 months ago, now I'm 92 and dropping fast..exercise and eating fresh fruit and vegetables.. I eat a bowl of this stuff while i raid now instead of fatty snacks. It works. By the way Aliena, I am very, very impressed with these 'Fit gamer' videos. Your a star for simply getting out there and doing it :)

    Cheers!

  • I eat when I'm bored, IS THAT SO WRONG?!?!

  • good advice, I drive truck. Not an easy one to keep my wieght under control. Even though I'm not loseing weight at the same rate as my more active counterparts, I am much more energetic since eating more healthy

  • I have always been a hard weight lifter. Until I went to college I didn't understand what was the best thing to eat for my hobbies. So now I end up eating high quality fish, chicken. etc. Also, the more fruits and veggies I can get inside the better. I am NOT afraid of carbs because they are what give our brains energy to function and if your active then its okay to me, lol. Thanks for the recap on so many things. I believe we all need a good multi-vitamin as well but I'm sure you'll get there!

  • @redneckemperor Carbs are awesome! As long as they're not refined. I find refined sugar/flour/etc causes maaajor cravings for me, and when I eat clean I don't have any.

But yeah, I love carbs lol. Oats, whole grain pancakes, fruit, veggies, homemade bread.. mmm. So good.

    And yes, multivitamins are great!

  • I also keep tissues beside the computer, speaking of which 2:21 sexy.

On a sensible note Pita bread and humus (not to be confused with hamas or soil) is a very nice and healthy snack. Always a raid favorite for me. As is toast and jam which isn't insanely healthy but still... nom.

  • Erm im at hunger scale 2-3, so i cant eat? help?

Btw, don't drink diet soda.. The replacement they put in (instead of sugar) is way worse for your long term health than sugar is.. Instead just drink water..

  • You're cute!

  • Every time you die do 10 push ups or 5 sit ups, it will train you to not die and make you healthier.

  • I just wanted to say thx, there is a need for more info to be put out there to help every one to learn how to be more healthy. It took me over 2y to shed over 300 pounds, lots of hard work blood sweet n tear's. It was a over haul on an unhealthy life style i had, to help me get a healthy one going. I find it so kewl that u are taking the time to help other gamer's try and do the same thing. So /cheer for you, and /thank.

  • What is this BMR anyways? I got it as 1782.9 and it sounds so high.

  • I think that if you eat more than 3 times a day, its over eating. No offence.

  • @11multimedia You're suppose to eat 5-6 meals a day.. The thing, you obviously missed, is that it's suppose to be much smaller portions..

  • @11multimedia funny because I eat 6 meals a day and I am very fit and have a strong body.

  • <3 Keep it up I am on my journey now and this is motivating! =) But changeing your life aint easy buisness =)

  • Like this is you only watched the vid cues she was hot!

  • I totally understand yard day!

Good video. So many gamers just blow nutrition to the wind. The first few months I started playing WoW I gained like 10 lbs. No joke. I've been a lot more conscious since.

  • Another good tip for not eating out of boredom is to have a nice big glass of water. This really helps me get through boring times while playing video games (progression raiding). or even watching TV.

  • Im a Fit Gamer. Totally ripped. I eat a healthy died of pizza, burgers, red meat and beer. And occationally some marijuana and/or other illigal substances. I smoke 25 marlboros on a good day. I drink alot of beer. I simply cannot get fat.. i build muscles easely though :) people who diet can suck my abnormally large penis. Peace out from sWEEDen

  • @Take2nPass You are too cool.

  • I need to do this. I've kinda fell off the healthy train after going to college, compared to how I did in high school where I had to eat healthy and work out (thankfully I haven't gained much weight, since I have a good metabolism) for wrestling, but it's just been bugging me since I know I'm nowhere near as fit as I used to be. I'm gonna keep looking at this stuff, some stuff I know from doing wrestling (didn't drink soda, didn't eat fast foods), but I'm sure I've still got more to learn.

  • I meant to say talk about them not video them :P Either or.

  • Interesting that i would watch this considering i am underweight. But i like ways to get my body healthy, and most of the stuff you've said i heard before, but a little more realistic and personal touch added. If you know anything about back problems, or exercises please video them. I am only 16, and i have back problems, and i look how to get help fix it but nothing is really working and its a pain :/ literally. Anyways, thanks for taking the time to make this :D

  • Ohh shit you're digusting =S

  • Nice. Less condescending than I thought it would be. Hope to see more :3

  • do you "diet" now that your weight is right? i've never been "overweight"(genetics, yay), so i have and probably never will count calories. it also helps that i've got IBS and can't eat a lot of processed food(most people probably have this too but just ignore the signs - aka loose stools).

so for me, i cook my own food all the time, eat a lot of fruits/veggies/water/high quality meats, and i also eat very slowly(so my brain gets the full signal before i shove too much food in my mouth)

  • @olov244 Nah, I don't diet. I pretty much eat all day long, haha. But everything I eat is wholesome - I can't remember the last time I've had sweets or fast food.

  • can anyone recommend a healthy brand of apple juice?

  • Thank you so much for spreading GOOD information! I look forward to more videos!

  • I love the direction of this series so far! I'm an avid gamer and marathon runner, it's great to see people like you spreading awareness and showing that you can have a balanced life and be a hardcore gamer too!

  • Thanks for taking the time to make these videos, they're fun and informational, keep up the good work :)

  • Why would I take advice from you? how do I know you are healthy. You could have a super fat belly, butt, and legs. I demand you get in a bikini, put baby oil all over your body, and dance in front of a camera on your next you tube video. Dance slow with your butt up, and thrust your hips. Oh yeah

  • no wonder I wouldnt think this would be helpful for me.. I know all of what you said already. Isnt this just common sense?

  • This video was great and very informative Aliena, thank you very much

  • Comment removed

  • @Hootons I'm not sure how true it is and don't remember where I read it, but some say that the more poor quality foods are digested faster. Veggies that aren't cooked to death and good meat are harder to break down and stay in your tummy longer, releasing their nutrients slower, so you feel fuller longer. Poor quality food just sort of POOFS away. Again, I don't know how accurate that is... it's just one of those things out there =p In a way though, you're right (I think).

  • @f0ulnectar It's not really the quality so much as it is how refined the food is. The more fiber, the more good fats, and the more lean protein, the more full you'll feel.

  • Well, after a suggestion from one of the people commenting, I went and watched Sugar: The Bitter Truth. And I was honestly scared. People, go watch it. I did it in 3 30 minute chunks, because it is some heavy material. I also did a lot of rewinding. I'm now trying to cut out soda (both sugared and diet) and if I have to eat/drink any refined carbs, I'm doing it in combination with fiber.

Can't wait to see more, Mandy! :oD

  • You mention to try different foods when you started the health nut idea. What new foods did you try and liked? If there is a lot. I will narrow it down to vegetables. I find that I dislike that food group the most and need more ideas.

So the big question is. Did find and try any unique vegetables?

PS This has happen to be before but not vegetables. Fruits. I have seen a fruit not commonly found in supermarkets. Like persimmon.

  • What about energy drinks?

  • Thanks sooo much for taking the time to do a series like this. I already really look up to you and hearing your advice just helps inspire me so much. :D

  • Shes so adorable lol

  • Funny shit my BMR is 1337....!

  • Mc donalds !!!!!<3

  • carbonated mineral water + 99% juice is a good substitute for soft drink as it is essentially just water and real juice.

  • A huge problem that I have is that some days I will eat very little (if anything at all). Other days I will pig myself out. But luckily I am only slightly overweight (which is "maintained", but not on purpose).

Anyway, I'm very looking forward to this from someone who understands and shares a similar lifestyle of playing video games. Will definitely subscribe

  • this is so cool, and the fact that she has the bloopers in there is another +50k cool points, thank you so much, i will be following these advice, cause i need a change in that area :P again thank you and ur vids are awesome and helpful <33

  • she has very good posture.

  • @DeathSwitch4316 ill say O_o

  • Only one thing however. About the only eating when you are hungry (or at "hunger rank 7"). There is some controversy with that. Only eating when you are hungry means you eat more in a sitting be eat less often throughout the day. Some people believe that if you eat more often (about 5 meals a day) but much smaller meals throughout the day actually boosts your metabolism and balances your energy levels.

  • @xeadgbex Copy paste: "1.) Don't let yourself get too hungry. I personally like the "hunger scale" method. Listen to your body, and then ask yourself - on a scale from 1 to 10 where 10 equals so full you have to open your jeans because you're bloated, 7 you're full, 3 you start to hear the tummy rumbling and 1 you're starving and ravenous and would eat anything - or anyone in sight - where do you currently rank on that scale? If it's anywhere from 4-6, it's time for a meal. "

    No 7 there. =P

  • @Saonserey lol, I have to say I enjoy people that are trying to prove you wrong in some way and all you have to do is copy paste to show them that they're being dumb :P

  • @Saonserey

What helped me the most whenever I was eating less, was a schedule. Eat something between 6-7 in the morning and have something every 3 hours after that.

    6-7 am Breakfast

    9-10 am Snack

    12-1 pm Lunch

    3-4 pm Snack

    6-7 pm Dinner

    9-10 pm Snack (if needed)

  • You are the first person i've come across talking about this sort of subject and actually getting it right. Kudos.

  • LOL..Love Blooperland. Again thanks for this.

  • Hey aliena ( Sorry alrady forgot your real name again ), thanks for doing this - im a relly none fit gamer right now, was just looking at my takeout orders from the last few years..

    2007 - 30

    2008 - 52

    2009 - 72

    2010 - 98

and thats just pizza´s or burgers, and on top of that i drink 1½ liters of coke every day. i relly hope you can inspire my to turn back to were i was 5 years ago
