I think Queen lost some great opportunities for some duets (or uhh... triets?), since they had three great singers. I love that element in songs like Fun It, Rock It (Prime Jive), Who Wants to Live Forever, Let Me Live, No One But You and Say It's Not True. Oh well, they rock anyway. I really enjoyed this mix!

I made my own version of this duet recently (it's in this video's video responses). The differences are: I used Queen's instrument tracks instead of The Cross', Roger sings the first verse while Freddie sings the second and I rarely made them sing at the same time, since I felt Freddie's voice was always much more audible than Roger's. Please listen!

I'm sorry that you don't know some true facts about Queen and Roger. 1st Freddie's solo album didn't have such a success as you think (the same think with Jagger etc), and of course Roger is less popular than him! Roger did all that high notes (especially Live) and all that "high" Galileos!!!!! How come you don't know that????? I thought you are queen fan!

Well I respect your opinion,I'm a huge Queen fan too and also a musician.But I don't see why Roger can't be a lead vocalist.He has the range, he can sing higher than Freddie, but not lower, and he has powerful voice, especially LIVE.Freddie was genius, amazing singer and performer, of course no-one could be as good as him.You're the first one who said this about Roger.I'm sorry but songs like I'm In Love With My Car, Man On Fire, Rock'n'Roll, Power To Love are proof that you're wrong

@emrabt Didn't the duet version appear on the Cross's album? Or was it Freddie only as a guest singer? I know Freddie recorded the complete lyrics for the Cross and then Queen redid the music for Made In Heaven.

@leandar In the US the album had roger on lead vocals, the single had freddie on vocals. In the UK the album had freddie on lead vocals and the single had roger on vocals. (i think, it might be the other way around)

Yeah cool. This is The Cross UK Version with Freddie on Lead and Roger on Back Vocals. Later used slighty changed on the last Queen Album w/ Freddie on the Vocals Made in Heaven.

This is what I call Music. Freddie died to soon ;( what a Voice. Damn but He "live" forever in Our Hearts.
