never run an outboard, or any marine engine out of water, no cooling then and u could overheat!

these aren't weak engines, they have decent power for their size, and they are used to RC vehicles, search for "New Era Quarterscale V8 Conley Monstertruck" and you'll understand (same to the a33 fu$# above, theres a company that makes these called Conley Precision. so dont jump on stuff just because its not a "top fuel drag engine" a33hole
