The IC Title at the time was just as big as the WWE Title, when held by the right person.

Barely anyone else has been so successful on an equal basis in terms of mic and charisma skills and in ring abilities more than the bad guy. Everybody looks fondly on scott hall because he was so good at what he did. He's certainly left his mark on proffesional wrestling which is just 2 sweeeeeeeeeeeet!

Are you sure this interview was in July? Because Diesel was the IC Champ in June when he faced Bret Hart at King of the Ring '94.
I believe Diesel beat Razor in May and kept the title, until SummerSlam '94, when Razor got it back from him.

The was not July 1994 Razor lost the title to Desiel in April 1994 and never got the belt back untill Summerslam 1994 in August......
