@initialdluvr i'd just like to add although the condensor mic would add 'clarity' to the high end of the frequency spectrum it isn't the magical answer to getting the perfect vocals :) and many professionals use the SM58 I use here on many records :)

The chords he plays are the open A, E and D chords. He has his capo on the third fret, but because his guitar is tuned a half step down, you will have to put it on the second fret to play with this vid.
