Late hits happen, that's not what was dirty. Who knows if they were done maliciously or not, only the actual players know. What makes them dirty is the type of late hit, "spearing" the QB after the ball is gone is dirty in any level of football. Hitting a receiver like that who wasn't near the ball is dirty at any level.
