@hamnose I'm afraid I don't have the skill or dedication to produce videos like this, but potholer doesn't mind me mirroring them. Potholer's original video (and this mirror) were automatically barred in the UK due to the inclusion of Channel 4's lost civilizations footage. Potholer made an edited version for the UK, while I just appealed the ban on the grounds of 'fair use'.

I posted this as a video response to the Jesse Ventura video that inspired potholer to make this video.

Excellent analysis cristop5! I wish every TV watcher knew this. Although you seem to be mostly pointed at anti climate change propaganda ( which is good) this technique is used ANYWHERE in the media ANYTIME!

What potholer54 is saying is that the media editor distorted what Santer was saying by clever manipulation of the recorded material. In NO WAY does Ben Santer "admit GW hoax" or anything remotely like that -- and he does not work for the IPCC. So I would say that your portrayals of both potholer54 and Santer are 100% inaccurate. So why the dissembling title?

We are all inclined to view material that reinforces our views, and avoid stuff that contradicts them. To challenge deniers you need to first get their attention. The title was designed to attract people who are looking to find their views of climate change being a 'hoax' confirmed. I'd like to think the video makes some of them think again. Failing that it might at least give them a headache!
