This is the song Gavin sang to me the day I told him I had breast cancer. He had tears in his eyes, and he shared with me that his grandmother too had cancer. He told me to always "follow through." I took his music to each chemo and radiation treatment. Gavin and his music were such a huge part of my recovery. Gavin is the real deal. He is so very talented, and down to earth. You'll never meet a nicer, more loving individual. Much love to you Gavin! Stay true to the beautiful soul you are.
I can't wait for gavin's new album either, but it's sorta getn annoyn now, give the guy a break............gavin's songs are the sorta songs you dn't get sick of, so stop harrasing the man.
thank you so much for posting this video! i was at this concert and this was the first time i had ever heard gavin perform this song. i was so amazed at it that i didn't realize the batteries on my camera were dead so i coudlnt record it :( haha

I was there,! but i don't remember it too well. Back then I didn't know who the heck gavin degraw was but now i know he's an amazing singer
