of course he would struggle, he recored it at like 16 and is 32 now... His voice has changed but the point is that HE STILL SOUNDS GREAT. There arent many people out there who could sing this song (or any of his songs) like Tevin. But I do think he should start to perform some of the songs from his last 2 albums (after his voice changed)

While he sounded amazing on the first two albums. I always felt that on the Back 2 The World" album, his voice was the most "CLEAR" and he experimented more. Thats why its my favorite album... Every song on that album had single potential. While I loved ALL the songs on the last albums, I felt he was too mellow and played it safe. I wanted to hear him belt and SANG like he did on B2TW album. There where a couple belts he hit on the last album but not many. I know he still had it (esp then in 98)

I could see why u would think that. But Tevin sounds strained because he is singing songs from over 15 years ago and his voice has changed like 3 times since then. I must admit Usher has turned into a great singer but he has no range compared to Tevin. I sure Tevin could out sing Usher anyday. I love Usher (esp. Confessions) but I have yet to hear Usher belt or do any runs that amaze me. Please trust that if Tevin started to perform songs from his last album, it would sound MUCH smoother.

WOW Tevin is still singin the same high notes. That has got to be so hard at times to preserve the original version on stage. That is unbelievable. i would love to hear him sing his classic songs with a deeper voice as well though (as he was singing "tomorrow").

@ThaButtaFly. So this was before he did a show in jolly old England. My man (not my mom) told me he was recently didn't a show in Barbados and there was talk that he's now in Zimbabwe. Tevin sure kept himself busy traveling and touring since Hairspray.
