Pleo was made by a company called UGOBE not Wowwee. The company promised a final update for him but have recently gone bust :(

Isn't that funny, I just tought about the same thing. This is actually what I was going to write on another video, a wowwee robot, I guess somewhere I made a mistake of switching, someone else has the ugobe post, thats not right at all !!

I would say the price is very reasonable for an autonomous robot that is able to benefit from software updates to make him smarter. I am really enjoying him so far :)
