That is in season 7 episode 3. A little girl that is being held captive in a basement is on the phone and right before you see her crying like that, the guy that was holding her captive found the phone and hung it up.

i dont know the season, but the ep is "demons". he went undercover as a rapist to catch a guy that got out of prison that he thinks is gonna rape again. the guy handcuffs him and the cops are just getting the cuffs off when he gets out
