I'd say that Obama has in fact been firmly linked through the Blagojevich crime (we are talking about a serious crime here...not a "scandal"). After lying through his teeth about it, Rohm Emmanuel has been caught having extensive contact with Blagojevich negotiating who he would give Obama's seat to. The only question here was the nature of the agreement being hashed out. Blagojevich was awful upset with Obama on tape....the type of thing that happens when one reneges on a done deal.
