This isn't paint,I believe its photoshop.

You animate with flash,or even with paint and windows movie maker. There is a lot of free programs out there too,you just have to look.

@behappiful She used different layers. The first layer is the sketch, the second is the actual drawing. Then you erase everything from the first layer and color the character. Then you erase everything that went out of line. I think.......

@spottedbelly110 I think spotty might be a bit annoyed by you asking over and over but you need to have musci first of all on your computer itselflike downloaded bought by itunes ect and if you do have the video on any movie maker then go into music and choose one drag it onto the vid.
