@sorauzamaki212 Originally, they were going to put kingdom hearts characters in. Everyone on the team wanted to, but they had to ask Disney due to copy right laws for putting kh characters in a ff game. Nomura told the team no, the only kh element in this game is the KH 1 Cloud Strife costume. Still a good deal.

@Jessssse102 After I posted that I started looking up info and played Dissidia a while after. I noticed Nomura in the Char. design credits... But, back to the point, I read somewhere that there are still over 10 Char. yet to be announced for Duodecim and that it was stated it would be 'Very interesting' to add Char. from KH. But they needed to talk to disney about that.

Which is why i threw up the part about Nomura being the Char. designer for D FF. I dont think the decision is settled yet.

@Jessssse102 The reason I think that is because since Nomura is the Char. Designer for Dissidia and the creator of KH he has rights over KH too not just disney.

But he can only add the Char. he created such as sora, riku, kaira, ven, terra, aqua... So on that he has rights to.

I believe only if he were to add say, Maleficent or, Peter Pan (?) Lol. He would have to discuss things with disney.

So there is still a slight chance we might see some original KH Char.!

But I doubt it -.-

@xjcandmFX the reason why they made dissidia was to celibrete the making of final fantasy since the whole seires help them out of bankrupcey in the past. selling millions from the first final fantasy to now. since sora and them from kingdom hearts arnt apart of final fantasy series they will not add them but if you buy BBS final mix you can get clouds KH costume in the game. square gave disney rights to kingdom hearts becuase it was more about the disney worlds and disney wanted full rights.

But since BBS Final Mix is a japan release only I wonder if that code will work for the US Duodecim release too?

yeah. This is why I don't like fighting games. They're all the same, even more so than FPSs are the same. (a lot more in fact)

FPSs at least change a little bit (like 25%) but fighting games stay the same for many years. Look at Street fighter. Just cause there's more characters in street fighter 4 doesn't really make it different from street fighter 2.

@Tboyish tekken 6 is way differrent from the early tekken games, halo reach is drastically differrent from halo 3, cod mw2 and street fighter on the other hand....

i agree with you i'm dissappointed about the gameplay content shown wso far, but this is just a trailer, surely there will be more as square stated that there will be more gameplay elements changed

I'm not completely sure..But from the trailers it looks like the Heroes kinda failed the first time around, and Cosmos brought in some help. You're probably gonna start the game as lightning and go around helping the other people. Of course coming across new villains and heroes aswell.
