quinton rampage jackson beat ricardo arona with absolutely no technique i bet if they got a rematch arona would completely beat the crap out of jackson.
Thats great. Good luck to you. The best advice I can give is to always try to win, but more importantly... always learn from a loss. Dont get discouraged if you dont come in first all the time. You cant be a true winner until you have lost a few times and have been able to overcome it. Get plenty of sleep tonight (if possible) and enjoy tomorrow.Good luck.
It'll work on people who aren't novices, It'll work on very energetic-rush types, people who are so gased from u being ontop of them, competitors who are low on points and wanna get out from bottom position very quickly
Yes, it could work under the perfect circumstances. It's a little like uma plata, in the sence that in almost ten years of training I have never seen it successfully submitt an experienced grappler.(Good in theory) I do love the triangle choke and its various ways to apply it though and have used it successfully many times. This one just looks a little flashy for me, but then again I'm old and out of the game.
Oh Id have to disagree with your statement of the Omoplata, My Trainer went into an Absoloute Division at 155 (very underweight) and he won his last match with an Omoplata as a Brown Belt
If Arona fought Jackson ten times Jackson would win ten times!

it is edited to be instructional, therefore every technique is repeated slowly...

The editing also made me throw up.
