I gotta say that's sort of weak sauce. None of the principals (guys who are supposed to end the world) have ever made appearances, Aesir, Vanir, the frost giants, or the gods, none of them (RO1) there has never been an indication of the end of the world for RO1, so much so that if RO2 had that end of the world vibe, then it would really be too different from RO1. The job system's different, the classes are barely recognizable, among others. They could've given this any title.

The huge problem with ragnarok 2 is because, the class system really sucks in my opinion.

You have to buy your skills. The good point is that depending on the equipment you wear,it changes on your character(Which is good in my opinion,good customization.)

The very big downside is that it would need,really need ragnarok 1 job system.

Because it doesn't really follow up and alot of RO players will not like this =x

Now...part of what made ragnarok cool was that it was a click to move type of format but you were still able to use tons of movement tactics and such in combat.

The 2nd cool part was that everything did NOT look chibi(excluding xmas dungeon)

Ragnarok looked liked moving paper cut-outs, won't let you see most of your equips, hard to connect, annoying "Server Maintenance", frequent load purchasing, endless "LAG" on popular server, Omnipresence of would be hackers if one's not unaware, new scams almost every week, stupid GM's message that makes you "LAG" for a couple of second and find out that a card from S.S. and a helm from A.S. had been snagged by a passerby with better connection than you...

I was so dissapointed after playing open beta >.> and it took me forever to get a working KSSN (cing i'm in Canada) I dought it ever comes out cause it only has 130 ppl open beta testing it and honestly the open beta isn't very good. It has Irish fight music which was alright at first but then just became annoying and on top of that there is in no way that this game will live up to Ragnarok. Wish It could though..I've been a die hard RO fan for years...was looking forward to #2 =(
