when i was 16 i was in a choir  at the music school i was studing and STABAT MATER was my favorite. thank you for this absolutely perfect performance of thiw play. i believe this performance is the best ever.

This is it! This is leaps and bounds beyond any other version I have ever heard. The contrast between the "Quando corpus morietur" and the Amen is powerful. Slow utter despair, turning into a furious rage.

The one player to each part really helps create a strong feeling of intimacy. Really emotional.

This is the best!

Yes, I first heard her voice when she sang the Vivaldi Stabat Mater. Absolutely heavenly.
