  • Screw the naysayers. The 190 was a beautiful plane regardless of what country used it. I'm glad they are restoring/remaking them for those of us who appreciate Warbirds. My fav is the "Jug", but the 190 just oozes sexy appeal

  • It's a fucking replica; built to glorify Adolf Hitler. Why else would you build a new plane with a different engine and running gear? Yep, these guys love Hitler and won't let anyone or anything (like good taste and proper morals) get in their way. Hope it fucking crashes and burns.

  • "FiveCentsPlease" is clearly a simple minded idiot. It's freaks like this who've contributed to the downfall of western civilization as we know it and likely would have ended up on the "export" list of the govt. she's bitchin' about...thus the silly rant. Who wants to bet he's either gay, or she's a lesbian and hasn't a clue about anything beyond the local liberal Dems meeting sponsoring "free food and lodging for all illegals"? Moron.

  • The last song was from "Run through the Jungle" by Creedence Clearwater Revival.

  • what's the last song on this video clip called?

    It starts at 2:06.

  • est-ce Focke-Wulf fw 190 réelle ou d'une réplique

  • Eric you must have Attention deficit disorder withthe music changing every few seconds , other than that great video

  • is this the real deal or a replica

  • @openedeyedbeast123

Replica, one of 20 that will eventually be built from a German project to create a more affordable warbird for buyers. Two originals are under restoration and one completed the first test flight on Dec. 1.

  • @FiveCentsPlease You just love these planes too much. "Affordable warbird" replicas. My comments were morally proper: building NEW planes that commemorate the killing of our Allied brothers and sisters at the hands of the immoral and wicked enemy is...immoral. As a counterpart to your project, I'm acquiring plans to build new ovens based on the originals from J A Topf und Soehne, Erfurt, Germany. I'll send them to you so you can build new ones to commemorate war from a different perspective, ya?

  • @beeroosterm

I guess you missed me. And here I was going to leave you alone. You've already used the disgusting oven example once, to which I will call you a pig for it again. Clearly you don't understand the engineering aspects that factored into this project either. You have issues beyond any interest in airplanes, I can only suggest you seek counseling for them.

  • @FiveCentsPlease What will it take for you to stop harping on my apparent lack of appreciation for the engineering aspects of these planes? They have nothing to do with the moral issue(s) I raise. I can appreciate mechanical greatness, clever design, etc. as much as the next gearhead (how do you think I got to the -190 post in the first place?) - but this is not about appreciating technical brilliance. It is about glorifying evil. Restored planes have their place; making new ones is wicked.

  • @FiveCentsPlease And what is the moral difference between manufacturing new crematoria for display and manufacturing new Nazi planes? They were both instruments of death and served to achieve the same end for the bad guys. Actually, the ovens weren't used to kill - they were used to get rid of the evidence. Are you so morally twisted that you cannot see the similarities? Where do you draw the line? Have you ever spoken to an American who lost a family member to a strafing run?

  • @FiveCentsPlease These planes were just a cool way to wipe people out and you somehow like that idea. They have all the panache and sexiness surrounding any high performance aircraft - except they were manufactured and used in accordance with the genocidal policies of a madman directly responsible for the deaths of perhaps 50 million people. No amount of cool factor or technical brilliance can make up for this. None. Am I the only person who has ever bothered to point this out to you?

  • Is this the real BMW motor and wooden prop?

    Looks good...

  • @hetmanbasza

No, BMWs are very rare so this is a Chinese/Russian engine of similar power. However, two other restorations for original WWII Fw190s are using the BMW engine.

  • My favorite German piston-engined plane. Hands down.

  • Looks fabulous. Bon chance!!!!

  • Saubere Arbeit !!

  • Putain !!! Génial ! A quand un vol de FW 190 dans le ciel de Dijon-Darois ? Je monte d'Aix en Provence de suite ...

  • Bien Fait!!

    Ca a l'air dangereux-et c'est pas encore fini!

    Very Cool. Total weapon.

  • Agree

  • Une véritable pièce d'orfèvrerie . ça va envoyer grave la patate !!!

    bravo la Diva
