  • Those Nuggets were a more entertaining cellar-dweller than this year's Bobcats

  • The 1990-91 Denver Nuggets finished the season 20-62.

Paul, I love your style, but this proves that you need just the right players for it to work. You had them at Loyola, but not in Denver.

It's a shame, since it's exciting as hell to watch. It just needs the right conditions to actually produce wins.

  • Wow! Right-handed dunk by Brad Lohaus! I'm 38 in 2011, born and raised in Seattle, and didn't grow up with cable, so this is all great for me to watch.

  • Too bad Orlando Woolridge was wrong. The 90's was about slow, grinding, mostly boring (sans Jordan) basketball.

  • Love Paul Westhead, man--------- RUN, AND GUN, OFFENSE BABY THE SYSTEM

  • Ancedotes about this video:

-the Chicago Bulls went on to win the championship at the end of the season

-the 162-158 Warriors/Nuggets game is still the highest-scoring opener in NBA history

-one of my friends turned two on this day

  • Man, I miss those days. The Nuggets are my favorite team.

  • It seems like the same offense the Nuggets are successfully runing now

  • Thanks for posting it. If you ever feel any inclination to post highlights or passages (or even all the action) of the Suns-Jazz game in Tokyo, don't hesitate.
