zuzana i must say i love the routines and I've been doing the p90x routine but in order to get my daughter more involved at 14 years old its kinda intense for her so we do your routines and i tweek them for me but they still kick my ass. my daughters asks me now we working out tonight . thanks a lot. she has a ripped gymnist body anyway from all the sports she's done. getting her ready for track in the spring, here in massachusttes. happy new year to you and freddy.

Her workouts are mostly cardio; my workouts are mostly lifting weights.

There is so many variation of moves it keeps your body guessing so it can't adapt. I tried some other stuff for a couple weeks and didn't get great results. I started doing these routines again, adapted to my fitness level and seen results within a week stick with this stuff it works. Home session 4 to 5 days a week and one heavy gym session works for me.
