  • Leonardo was number 1 , At using the Human body and the Human mind . With Devotion and Determination.

  • Thank u this really helps with my art project

  • Leonardo Da Vinci is such an amazing Genius who really contributed a lot to the art's of italy and also the whole world with his invention's and everything else he dedicated his life to,,he is a true success!

  • Leonardo non fu l'unico. Nel Rinascimento molti altri "geni" sono rimasti sconosciuti.

  • real genius ahead of his time, when everyone slept, he was awake and did things only he could, but the only minus about him is that he wanted to much, he didnt finish many things he was doing

  • @kinglbkiv ; and your* closing comment was staggeringly accurate, and is not only something I also feel, and completely agree with, but it is something I myself believe in, and sadly as the days pass, and I see the nature of things, -pauses- I see not only a belief, -sigh- but a truth.

    Godspeed....

  • @kinglbkiv ; WOW, I could not have said it better myself. Your insight is both impressive and accurate. I have studied DiVinci, and I love his works (though you are right, it does overshadow his more intricate ideas) and I am always in awe of his ideas, the man, the genius, the artist that is DiVinci, and being of Italian descent, I can assure you, at least one person sees Italy for a whole lot more than that, but alas you are right, in your observation about the views of most others :( and yo

  • xxxx hix mình đâu có bit tiếng anh ?

  • I wanted to see the whole thing so I searched and found it on topdocumentaryfilms.

  • @ChuckNorrisKratosLOL It's not the name that sets the man, the man must make the name for himself. A reputation is earned, not given or received. The name is only what you can make it. The way I view it.. =)

  • @DreamHealer87 ; Hear, Hear!!!!

  • He was an absolute genius, and his work....-sigh- sheer perfection and beauty that both moves, and inspires me. :)

  • @DarkSecret48 Its a shame that most of his more intricate ideas and studies get overlooked by the stupid painting. The renaissance was the height of civilization now Italy is know just for almost primarily for there food. Piety society frowns upon seeking truth threw reason now, im my estimation that marks the decline of man. Our greatest minds are in our past and i fear our future is deem and bleak due to lack of interest in matter that are relevant.

  • Florence is so beautiful.. I really want to go there :)

    Leonardo is a genius :D

And I want to see the whole documentary! :)

  • here is the full version /watch?list=PLE4EB2597922C98A5&v=PQn8gLOkwV0&feature=player_embedded

  • da vinci was an assassin.

  • Like if you're here for Art Appreciation. :D

  • Thanks for uploading, this is superb. Do you know if the rest of it is available somewhere please?

  • @scurrie42 just type into youtube search Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci -The Man Who Wanted to Know Everything

  • @amadan34 Thats great, thank you!

  • thumbs up if you want to watch the rest of the documentary

  • He is a great actor, not a genious...

  • @lucaslmgv What brings you to this conclusion?

  • @EvilKittyChan

Titanic was a good movie. Inception too. But he is not as brilliant as Al Pacino or Robert De Niro.

  • @lucaslmgv I thought you meant Leonardo da Vinci, as in, the actuual man. In relality, yes. He is a ganious. For example, a lot of the inventions he came up with were way ahead of his time.

  • Ugh so overrated

  • Leonardo Da Vinci the person ho give me inspiration

  • i wish i could go back in time to meet the great mind :( or meet him in my dreams :p

  • the meaning of the word "bastard" is simply someone who is born out of wedlock. it has since become an insult but should not be shocking to hear Da Vinci described in this way. it is what he was; a child born illegitimately. a friggin bastard, a geeeeenius bastard. he is an inspiration.

  • Leonardo was not a rich guy,and he did most of his studies while was working hard for the courts of Milan(Ludovico il Moro), and Florence

  • Or was he just a rich guy with a lot of time on his hands?

  • Comment removed

  • @PersianPaladin

He was not rich. Actually, he had to do all writings and annotation on random pieces of paper and across some other writing he done before, because paper was very expensive at that time. Shame that they didn't regognize his talet and supported him.

  • @eslau1983: I know, right? ..."illegitimate...."bastard..."... They didn't prepare me for hearing that at all, lol! You think they'd come up with a kinder way to communicate the circumstances of his birth in a modern day doco. :~ O

  • the only reason im watching this video is because im doing a class report........but now i want to hollycrap did they just say basterd!?!?!?! lol they did ...im a basterd ....lol I LOVE LEONARDO

  • the italian translation is wrong it should be : Tristo e' il discepolo che non sorpassa il suo maestro...........

Leonardo is my hero and my inspiration

Yes , I am italian too

  • Italian translation? Hahhha, maybe the english is, Leonardo was italian, like me. I didn't translate anything.....that's just what is written on Codice Forster, I can assure you, I got the original in a strongbox ;)

  • @seamaverick1 Michael Tsarion is the worlds premier conspiracy researcher/lecturer/author. Leo Zagami, Jordan Maxwell and Alexandre Dumas pere are highly informative as well. p.s. Melting Euphoria is similar to Ozric Tentacles and Gong.

  • The most genius all the time and of course he is italian.

  • r u italian too?

  • he was great because he knew how to learn not because he was italian jewish people have this same issue because of the torah didnt you hear them say hewas a basterd ? only by learning can you truly love this man

  • Leonardo da Vinci is a clever and very genius in this world...a great genius.... he concerns about our nature and how it works...he observes critically in anything in this world..Leonardo invented a Mechanical Knight... its amazing...

  • Leonardo da Vinci isn't one of the greatest genius who has ever lived. He IS the greatest genius who has ever lived. He was genius at everything he did. I mean he anticipated the concepts of discoveries made centuries later. He did some of the most important studies ever in everything concering cultural fields. He was the most versatile genius ever.

  • @Gatamorgana His inventions would have worked had he lived in a later time.

  • @Gatamorgana Yep. He was the pinnacle of what a living being could be. I call Da Vinci the Father of Life because he is that ultimate and had ultimate imagination, knowledge, and used both his knowledge and imagination to explore Nature's secrets. He found them and showed all other Life what they were.. well.. 6000 pages of 33000 at least.. but that was his biggest mistake.. not publishing his work. So important.. all Life after him should require a brand somewhere on the body honoring his name.

  • If anyone knows Elder Scrolls lore at all, Leonardo Da Vinci is like Almalexia, Vivec, and Sotha Sil all in one! (Almalexia = grace, Vivec = virtue, Sotha Sil = imagination and knowledge)

  • Very nice video!

  • this video is really great

  • que mierda ogoistas ponghas estas cosas interesantes con subtitulos aunquesea

  • ehm cioè

  • ITALIAN GENIUS

  • ITALIAN GENIUS---

  • being a bastard xD

yeh yeh i no it means he had no dad xD

  • I <3 you da Vinci!!!

  • dam i have so many ideas,to bad im boged down just trying to get by and raise kids,

  • thats a cop out.

  • @gonzofann

    What ideas?

  • hello does anyone knows by any chance what is the music at the beginning especially from around 0:50 up to 1:38 thanks.

  • I think it's a composition (written for this documentary) inspired by the "A beautiful Mind" score by James Horner, it really sounds very similar, you may like it too.

    Hope it helps.

  • in lleonardo thanks all yea baby now invenete una mujer robot hahahahha woman robot my invent yea babay

  • Leonardo is a great genius but please don't compare him with god,it's to much!!!

  • true: Leonardo was real

  • Zing!

  • Leonardo Da Vinci was: Italian.

  • He was Tuscan to be more specific. I've always wondered what was in the water of Tuscany during that period.

  • discovers, arts, science always grow in the most developed and reach area..tuscany was the richest place in the world during the renaissance

  • Leonardo I Love you!!!

  • Leonardo is God !

he is THE MAN OF MANKIND !!

  • Leonardo is smarter then God.

  • i cant agree more!

  • i was a universal genius once for a short time. It was actually during an out of body experience, but when i came back all the processing ability and knowledge was lost.

  • ha ha!! good one!

  • That's disturbing, because I've had out of body experiences before as well, but nothing happened.

  • this video is really great... is the first part of the video a movie? and if it is a movie what is its title??? thanks...

  • Search youtube for "Leonardo Da Vinci (Part 1 of 18)" , this video is a clip of it.

  • he wasnt that good in titanic though!!!!

  • Retard.

  • Where is the second part???

  • his IQ is twice as a normal human being.

    average human= 100 IQ

    Da Vanci= 220 IQ

  • to bad thats not ur iq seeing as how 220 isnt double 100

  • 2.2...close.

  • @pmoneyunit61444

Yes but it doesn't mean that is is siply just twice+20 as smart as regular person.

Because that would be not enought. IQ of over 200 means you are smart beyond human possibilities.

  • A universal genius is a person that is considered a genius in many different fields, for example Newton was a mathematical genius and thats all, da Vinci was a genius in Art, Sculpture,Engineering & multiple fields of Science, have a look at my video on his notebooks and you'll understand.

  • did you know leonardo da vinci was vegetarian?

  • @ItalianMorrison

    Yes, I wonder why.

  • his drawings are very good indeed!!

  • Did you know Leonardo da Vinci is left-handed?

  • he fascinates me.

    great video!

  • what does it mean when they say

    illigitimate????

  • It means that he was born out of wedlock (unintentionally, in all likelihood) because of an escapade between Caterina, a servant, and his father (Ser Piero da Vinci), a notary (and a playboy too...) who married another woman (Albiera Amadori) the same year of Leonardo's birth.

  • damn, his 600 sheets of drawings over 5 billion dollars, i think its worth it to have some genious drawings like that, maybe

  • Considerate la vostra semenza:

fatti non foste a viver come bruti,

ma per seguir virtute e canoscenza.

    (Dante Alighieri)

Consider well the seed that gave you birth: you were not made to live your lives as brutes, but to be followers of worth and knowledge.

    (Dante Alighieri)

  • Arguably the smartest man yet.

  • Can you please post the rest of this documentary, they are on youtube but mainly in Italian

  • man was an ON YA KNEES genius. His paintings, masterful as they APPEAR, can be flipped and superimposed to reveal ancient mayan techniques of pictures within paintings. Incredible!

  • man it's kinda funny ..

how a universal genius .. a man who blessed us with such a useful inventions , a man who give the medecine a new dimension guetting few comments here in youtube ..

and how some rappers who insult us getting thousands of comments .. just funny and sad

  • The truest face of humanity is ever humble to the tainting facade of society's excrements.

  • hey where else can we find this english version online? Can you post the rest?

  • I have this DVD about Da Vinci, along with another DVD that contains Da Vinci's work "De Medici - Godfathers of Renaissance", great DVD's!!

  • excuse me could u plz plz plz tell me where did u find this torrent i tryed to looki for it but it was all dead torrents so plz id be appriciated if u tell me where u find it....:)

  • his drawings are very good indeed!!

  • Very good?! More like, the best!

  • Documentario fatto molto bene, sottovalutato purtroppo.
