if you want to make a strawberry DAIQUIRI you should consider the whole components of the daiquiri first... which include the citrus or LIME JUICE

Then you can add your strawberry/sugar or whatever... the whip cream is a matter of a controversy or as I would put it as a bar policy which mainly ignores the real recipes of classic drinks

tropical drinks are decorated with fruit and not whip in my opinion.

BTW, putting shaved ice into a blender with room temperature alcohol and strawberries causes it to melt. Did you all see how watery it was when he was pouring it? Whatever.... i have rarely seen any expert village vids that are 100% right/ or actually help me.

I really reacted on this special drink since i love it at summer outside partys!

This is how you do a Strawberry Daiquiri :

4-6cl Bacardi superior (imo)

3-4 Fresh strawberries

2-3 cl pressed lime juice

An half spoon of sugar

Pour all ingredients together in a blender with about 1dl ice. After some seconds you pour it up into an cold cocktailglas with an strawberry as decoration.

At least this is my version and the chicks love it! me 2 ;)

IMO Use more ice, forget the whipped cream and fuck the strawberry liqueur everyone is clambering over.. save the multi spirit drinks for the alkies ordering L.I. iced teas I say.

Swap the cherry for a strawberry resting on the edge of the glass on its cut and top with powdered sugar. Your drink will pass for most, but at $6 your fresh fruit concoction has to be done right for that oh-so-demanding typical Vinewood Cunt.

No, simple or gomme syrup is just a syrup of 50% sugar to 50% water. Its just used as a substitue to sugar in lots of cocktails. For a non-alcoholic one just leave out the rum I guess.

yeah he's using the simple syrup which is pretty much sugar syrup. I think you're right with the strawberry liqueur, I always make em at work with strawberry liqueur and a bit of bacardi and without the whipped cream aghhh
