Nice mod. I think it would mix REALLY well with the other mod that removes the useless saw, rounds out the end and removes some of the base cutting edge to make it more parang like.
Who is Justin? I asked John Fitzen to put a full flat grind on mine but he did not - He did however file down the saw which saves on Destroying Baton wood. Still not sure why he did not file down the Sabre grind? Maybe I need to send to Justin cause really wanted it the way you did it.
@spiritartman - Justin Gingrich of Ranger Knives. Just do a search for Ranger Knives and go to that site not Ontarios. His contact info is there. Very nice guy to deal with - he's worked on several knives for me and I have several customs from him.
@MacheteMenacho - I do use this as a dedicated chopper so it works much better with a flat grind. I use smaller knives for smaller tasks as I don't beleive in the "one knife does it all " theory. Thanks for watching!!!
