yeah I had it too, smell is not that bad, taste is almost not present, just a bit oil and jello-ish. trick is dont exhale when you chew it, if you get the fumes into your nose it might cause vomitting :-)

I only eat purifiet shark on the Þorri festivals.. but I use Shark liver oil if I start feeling cold in the winter time,

works every time..after few days,, mabye a week the cold stops biting
