I got the glasses from a facebook advertisement, (u could even find the glasses from party/ novelty stores) the mic cost me 100 bucks with, the pre-amp you can find one for 300 bucks (australian dollars)

I know very little about fruityloops but the way I did it is you press record, then you'll be asked to select the recording input (the microphone ur using) and select the device output (your soundcard). You should hear yourself live on the speaker, mind you, the overall effect sounds better. PLaying the autotune live helps you control the pitch in your voice.

Yes you can use it with adobe audition, and the pitch doesnt really matter, (you can leave the pitch as default) but as for the rest you have to change it around. I'm not sure how get the effect live on Aode audition, you might have setup your output function, and the delay makes it sounds better. happy hunting
