Once a government bails out one company or corporation, capitalism is doomed to fail. In addition, this economic system of bailing out whomever the government chooses, creates voids for dishonesty which will lead to the collapse of capitalism. When you bail out corporations/companies, you take away the "checks and balances" of the people for whom the corporations work for. What this video proposes is that they should all be controlled by vote like democratic elections for president. You have only to look at the enormous number of impoverished people (and working poor) in this country and everywhere else in the world (thanks to imposed austerity measures from the IMF, World Bank, and trade agreements) to see that state capitalism causes extreme harm and maintains people in perpetual poverty. State capitalism creates great wealth for a few, some benefits for another class, but massive poverty for many and a huge democracy deficit.
