well actualy I cant see the tai chi part.... theres nothing to connected to tai chi... they are moving with muscels, not with energy... (in all body balance vid)

I am looking for videos like this (The Tai Chi-like part) which I can actually follow.

Any ideas? What can it be called, except Body Balance? Is "Tai Chi" to music a good term.

You wont find a body balance dvd. you would have to teach the class to get the DVD

there will probably be a c lass somewhere near you
