  • FAKE.

  • LOL! I wouldn't call this hypnosis. Derren Brown did the same.

  • thats the beauty of this world that we live in, there are so many options.... we should embrace this moment & thirst for more like this...

  • also, did he present any wrapped gifts to the audience earlier in the show... if i saw the entire show i'd know the answers to some of these questions, but its possible that he presented gifts earlier in the show that were wrapped or packaged in an envelope, box, napkin, etc... if that is so, then some people will automatically look at the napkin & think there may be money wrapped in the napkin. its like planting seeds.. a seed enters the mind at one point in time, then later on you know why.

  • now, another ? i ask & only those present for the entire show would be able to answer this... is..... At any point in time, did he actually have real money in his hand... maybe earlier on in the show, or possibly, did he make any reference to money at all before this point in time?

  • no, i believe its real!!! absolutely, but also there are rational explanations behind it or there could be but i don't know because i can only see this one part. i think this guy's level of intuiition is fine tuned to the point where he spotted her right from the start. he didn't know here before the show, but based on the way she expresses herself she's not too subtle, she was probably mouthing off in the beginning, he saw her right away & began the hypnosis process way before she spoke up.

  • the whole thing is fake. and stupid.

  • U all gotta understand that ppl make a living from hypnotism. Its a freaking industry so there's no way to disprove it. Don't get me wrong, I know its fake, but as long as there are believers it will continue to exist. Think of stage hypnotism as a religion or cult.

  • @ch3ckm8 Read a book on hypnosis and then hypnotize someone... tell us its fake after you succeed with it. It will terrify you at how easy it is to accomplish, and how potentially powerful hypnosis can be.

  • like seriously this is the 21st century and people are so closed minded. hypnotism is real for i have been hypnotised and that should be all the proof you fools need ;-)

  • HAHA! I thought she wasn't hypnotized until it was mentioned on the screen!

I would of gotten FURIOUS if that was my show! Like who are you to ruin the fun for others! Haha, luckily she was in the 5-6th stage of hypnosis :P

  • fake

  • @saibotmark You're fake.

  • fake

  • @pvizza You're fake.

  • u have to understand, wen ur being hypnotized, u feel that u have to go along with w/e the hypnotist says because u feel that u don't want to spoil his act by not doing wat he says, so u go ahead & go along with whatever he says & act like u couldnt remember a thing after the act is done. I know this, they tried hypnotizing me at a fair, but I knew in my heart, i wasnt doing the things he was telling me to do from his magic, i was going along so i wouldnt look like an idiot, but i still did.

  • @Spac3Trance no it is not that way

  • @Spac3Trance

part of what you said is true. it's psychological trick that many hypnotists use to make those whoare not in trance or a light state of trance comply with their suggestion. You may not have been hypnotized but what described could be your conscious mind trying to make sense of your hypnotic experience. So are you saying you would you have felt like a bigger idiiot if you didn't perform the ridiculous acts that he told you to do?

  • @Spac3Trance My consensus also!

  • Note the captions... I'll type it in caps for the idiots who missed them. "SHE IS HYPNOTISED TO BELIEVE THAT NAPKINS ARE $100 BILLS"

She was one of the volunteers who was hypnotised. As part of the show, he'll have told her that she thinks Hypnotism is Fake, and that she is compelled to cry out against it.

This is why there is a spare seat waiting there for her. It was hers already. Context is everything.

  • So so fake. Why weren't the other audience members induced?

  • @strumbo1955 Because they didn't volunteer? Stupid.

Not everyone wants to go on stage in front of a ton of people.

  • @videomaster411 Ya, and check under your pillow tomorrow, the tooth fairy left you something!

  • Yeah she over acts abit

  • I agree. I seen this done before. A friend of mine was a stage magician and used to do a similar scam.

  • Clearly the "SKEPTIC " is a fake. Nobody will interruptly a lesson in this way.

  • @alphaboy79 if u read the captions she was hypnotised to do that lol..

  • ZAP by penguin magic

  • it did happen to me. its fake like the guy tells you to wiggle or something if he touches you

  • The irony is that she's the most obvious plant of them all. Are we supposed to believe that that "just happened", a fortunate coincidence for the showman? That's insulting our intelligence.

  • @archon88 she is *Part* of the show following the suggestion that she thinks Hypnotism is fake. she is following the compulsion to cry out against is, as she has been instructed to. the "Spare seat" is already hers.

The actual Irony is that *you* failed to see the captions stating that she's already been hypnotised to believe that napkins are $100 bills.

Did you not wonder why the whole audience is laughing? They saw the whole thing in context.

  • @sensiblenick your a smart motherfucker, i thought the same thing.

  • the only way i would belive that this is real is if it happened to me

  • @ToolPride That's where hypnosis fails.

There are 3 things that will bring you into hypnosis:

    1) Desire

    2) Permission

    3) Following instructions

If you have the ''I don't beleive in it UNTIL it happens to me'', you're blocking off the permission aspect of it. Remember, if you resist or close off your mind, hypnosis is not possible.

But I can assure you it's extremely real and powerful.

If it's not, then tell me how some people get surgeries without any anesthetics, just hypnosis. huh?

  • @videomaster411 Your 3 rules apply only if the person knows you would like to hypnotize them. We are all suceptible to being hypnotized without knowing it's happening.. thus making it not against our will. You have to know you're being hypnotized to make it against your will. For a long stage style induction, obviously they need to consent, but there are hypnotists out there that could drop a vast majority of people without them even knowing it happened.

  • @ChucknMcNuggets I know? I never denied the fact that someone could go in trance without them knowing it beforehand.

I know how to perform the handshake pattern Interrupt myself
