Actually, you are mistaken. It is on the record that the Director of Security Rich Kearns receives Federal Grants from DHS and is also a part of FEMA on a local level which falls under DHS. And I know this because I was employed by DHS & FEMA. You could have asked me before you made the comment, I would have been happy to have informed you.

I might have left out that the Security Director is also the Coordinator for the Federal Emergency Management Plan and report to DHS. That is also on the record. What I can't explain is why you are so hostile. Relax.

You know damn well the title of your video is a lie, pure sensationalism. This guy directing the local plan for FEMA changes nothing. FEMA coordinates local resources during emergencies. FEMA does not employ its own firefighters/police/EMT's. To say that DHS arrested this kid is an absolute joke.

Dude, sorry once again to wreck your grand conspiracies. FEMA does not employ firefighters, they have contracted them for certain recovery efforts, nothing more. They may have hired people from the ranks of fire departments, but not as firefighters.

The only police that FEMA employs are the security guards that work at their headquarters buildings. Aside from that, they may have paid for the overtime of police from DIFFERENT departments during events such as Katrina.

although i shouldnt say much, the school is worse than you could ever imagine, ive had my fair share of troubles in tht school, and gotten in trouble over nothing. its a horrible school. idk how many of my friends have dropped out because of unfair treatment, being lied to by the admin, and cruelness from certain teachers. dont ever let your kids go to SHS,

Oh God, I'm a Seymour High grad, and Kearns is part of the reason why I got suspended for no good reason, and had a negative reputation for the rest of my high school years. I'm glad someone is speaking out against him. I'm just sad to see that things have gotten even shittier since I graduated.
