I am sorry but Western Sahara is a non-self governing territory in Western Africa. It is not Moroccan. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled already in 1975 against Moroccan claims on the territory, but this was ignored by Morocco which after the ruling occupied parts of the territory. So far no country in the world has recognized Moroccan sovereignty over Western Sahara.

You find the same info at the UN's site if you just look.
