Mary Stavraka or Koutsochero was one of the best kentistres in the village and she discovered the "karsaniki Stitch" and she had only one hand. The small folk museum has her name. Besides the amazing embroidery, weaving looms and you will see representations of rooms and various objects of rural village life.
