Everything is possible, but for the moment it needs a PC to be this accurate. A software analyses the image and sends the colors to a USB card which generate 36 PWM (12 RGB neons).

This project is still in development and I have no plans to sell it for now. Maybe in a few month when it will me more robust and reliable ;)
