To David S.-videographer: great camera angle in a very tough environment. This is The Bumper Car Pavillion at Glen Echo Park, Maryland.(circa 1933) As far as the sound, I would suggest getting yourself a 'bump box' so you can get a feed off the console.That would put the house mix directly onto your tape. Notice that the ambient vocal gets swallowed by the horns and rhythm section.You have a great feel for the performers and the music and you hang in there with the solos.
