ok I installed snow leopard about an hour ago. when i installed it there was no reboot video and my files were all the same. but everything seems to be snow lwopard. the exopse and the spring board downloads thing. it even says i have version 10.6. but my computer restarted in the middle of the installation and when it turned back on it was still in the same installation point and it finished like normal. is that ok?

Yo u can try to format the mac or ypu can send an email to apple (I work on apple) and you can spleind us the problemm and then, we are going tos send you the magical pasword (thatpasword founds with all the mac os x lleopard systems, but it can only be used for change the password, so...

You could know buy looking at the width of the gap between the keyboard and the edge of the macbook pro ... a 13 inch would have around 2 cm while in a 15 inch one it would be something around 4 cm the 17 inch is bigger ;-)
