I don't think it was a red light, I thought he was jaywalking, but in any case, although everyone else had stopped for him, she used a two-way turn lane to speed around everyone because she couldn't be bothered to wait, and yeah, she was on her phone, and in the end only got 3 yrs probation, no jail time, a fine and community service. There's seriously something wrong witht the justice system if a selfish idiot like this is allowed their freedom after that.
