Ken a couple tips for you,

1 the shorty can oneshot kill at close range, 2 when a players shields are down any which can scope in like the pistol and the dmr will kill with one headshot

3 dmr is your friend, 4 shots will remove there shield and the last shot will kill instantly if it was a headshot.
