well its fake. notice how the dugout for team are benches on grass, no fans, and batter sees ball and stares t it for a bit when its going slow. so its probably stage for a show. hence the labeling of whatever there symbols say... still pretty dang cool though

Technically it was a strike. The ball may not have originally went over the plate, but the catcher caught and pulled it over the plate, which they seemed to be allowed to do because it happens in almost every game. Now this wouldn't work for a pitch that is WAY out of the plate.

No, deceptive play's are frowned upon. All depending that might have been called a balk to some extent I think. Any deceptive move by the pitcher is a no go.
