A program called "SaCamHack" allows you to use a free camera, wich you can move in all directions. It feels like spectator mode in 3d shooters.

Its a freeware programm, and if you wanna run it in samp, then you need another freeware program called "permedit" in addition to sacamhack in order to let it run.
