This isn't the only arcade exclusive R-Type title, there was also Armed Police Unit Gallop (a.k.a. Cosmic Cop). While not having 'R-Type' in the title it is considered an R-Type title, and it is set in the R-Type universe. And as far as I'm concerned Armed Police Unit Gallop didn't have any console releases.
did you record with fraps? when i record emulators with fraps the sound makes it realy laggy (i know its the sound because when i dissable the sound driver in mame i record constant 60 fps) i have a core2 quad and 4 gig ram but i have built in Realtek digital audio could it be the built in sound or will it just be that i am not recording to a seperate HDD?
In all honesty, I wish Irem would make a R-Type Collection for the PSP like what Konami did for Gradius with this on it. Leo alone would make my year.
I miss this game so bad. It's too bad it was only meant to be on arcade. My PC can't handle MEME emulator files for Arcade games like this. Boy did I used to spend a lot of money for this. lol. R-type for Leo for the win!
