the colors look Really nice...but the video looks so standard. i mean, everything is in focus. it doesn't look like other things ive seen on the 60D. guess its 7D i should go for.. :\
im just confused. ppl say that the 7D 60D & 550D are almost all the same in video [put aside build quality+burst mode].Thing is,I see ppl with 7D produce crappy stuff,and 7D users who make amazing, shallow DOF,filmy videos.So,I dont know if its ALL about the lenses that make the difference?So you could totally make something exactly like these great 7D videos-with a good lens on the 60D?
Seems like its also about the movement\ framerate of the video,also.
They all (Canon 550D, 600D, 7D, 60D) are completely the same in video specs and quality. Only lens and camera setup matters. something like Sigma 30/1.4 is perfectly suitable.
Only Canon 5D Mark II is different, because it has a full-frame sensor, thus producing more shallow depth-of-field, but it has some dissadvantages for video (no 60fps, no moving screen)
@SuperSuperka yes, i know the 5D doesnt have 60fps which sux! [although ive about a firmware upgrade to fix that. maybe now they want ppl to buy the 7D so theyre holding off with the update?].
yeah, that full frame thing is pretty neat, but if that costs like 2x7D's for a 5D [more or less]-then this is too much!

Everything is in focus because he used f16 - IMHO the the wrong choice when the lens is capable of 2.8!
