eating octopuses raw are very common not only in korea but also in japan if im not mistaken..they grab one and wrap its tentacles on a stick before you eat it.. and no need to fuss about eating it alive..you should watch discovery channel once in a while...

@repen2007 It may be considered cruel to you because of your culture but, remember, cultures are different. They see this as a normality, "this is how your supposed to eat octopus". Don't be too judgmental over it. It's weird that i've seen this so often in Korean shows that I no longer feel the repulse I did when I was first introduced to the concept. Also remember that this is food, people, like all other animals, dont usually show compassion to their food...
