I love the fridges. In the Uk ours are so much smaller then those in the US. Id love any ideas how to organise a chest freezer - ours is in perpetual chaos.
@MarshmallowCat000 Have you ever heard of being positive?? Is your life so perfect that you can honestly judge others? Just because you don't have the same views, or life style does not mean that you should be negative to someone else. You really must have time on your hands to go to slot of her videos and post nasty things! If you read her comments and her videos she is such a positive and helpful person, maybe you should take a page out of her book and try some positivity!
I really enjoy your videos. Could you do a few more videos on entertaining? How you get ready for guests - what you prepare to eat and drink, etc. Entertaining people at home stresses me out - I could really use some tips.
I freaked out when I saw the Kerry Gold butter because it's an Irish butter and my family uses it regularly at home here in Dublin. But it's not really expensive here XD
Hello Jen! Thanks for the tour hun. I just wanted to let you know that pesticides are allowed to be used on organic products. Organic does not equal pesticide-free, even though many companies that sell organic labeled products like you to think so.
I have to say, something so simple as a tour through your fridge was so exciting to watch because you definitely have a gift. Very well done and I look forward to more of your videos.. Thanks and well done!
Hi Jen! Just re-watching your fridge tour to get inspiration to organize mine. I was wondering...How do you clean it? with a soft moistened cloth, paper towel, specific product?
I love your videos because the kitchen tour and fridge tour videos is so detail and no one else does that thank you.I enjoy watching your videos over and over again,
Have you seen the Fridge Refresh at the Container Store? It's an awesome product and lasts a lifetime! You should check it out next time you're in the store :-) I would post the link but it won't let me- just search for "Fridge Refresh" on the container store website! It's SUCH a cool product!
So informative! I love the cheese and butter drawer. Good butter is worth purchasing for good baking! So, where were the chocolate chips, Jen? Lol!
Thanks for the tip about storing the rice in the fridge...when I think mine is a bit past the date I pour it in a cloth bag for a microwave boo boo pack. Also I am sure your mudroom fridge is good for melons etc., in the summer!
@VintageChrystelle I actually keep chocolate chips in my pantry, because I usually don't have an opened bag :) They all get used up every time I open one :)
Why do u cut the limes up? Don't they go bad faster? I buy a thing called "Real Lime." Its a buck and it's a little plastic lime with a cap on it that has the juice of 3 limes in it. Just pour out what u need. Lasts forever. You could probably decanter it into a glass jar if u dont like plastic. I think the little plastic lime is kinda cute though. I add a little lime to cold water to drink. Very refreshing. I don't drink pop ever either.Sometimes I like Boylans Birch Beer. It's red root beer.
@wahini101 The cut up limes and lemons stay good in a ziplock in the crisper for 4 days or so. I prefer the real deal because I just like seeing the citrus in my cup or glass. And I like the way it seems to make fizzy water extra fizzy. Red root beer sounds delicious!
@organizedlikejenThe red root beer is called Creamy Red Birch Beer and it's from a company called Boylans. It's made from cane sugar so there's no fructose gluctose schmoctose grossness in it. LOL...It comes in a vintage bottle too which is neat for guests. Tastes like cherry flavoured root beer. Highly recommended. It won't let me put a website here so google -> boylanbottling.
@claireheartsshopping A mudroom is what we call the small room or hallway where the back door to the house is located. Mine is connected to my garage. It's where we store our coats and shoes and basically all of our accessories we would need before leaving the house (keys, hats, purse, wallet, etc). I think it's called a mudroom because you take off your outside shoes there (which may or may not be muddy) and change into your house shoes or slippers. At least, that's how it works in my house
