It really sounds like the instrumental version with Robin siging over it. I can almost hear Jimmy's voice in the background... Listen carefully, it sounds like 2 people singing at the same time.... Anyone agree???

@ronalesi Since this was a demo Robin made for Jimmy Ruffin (according to BeeGees78), it is the same instrumental track. However, I think it's Robin's vocal track overdubbed to sound like there are two people singing. Personally, I can't hear Jimmy in this recording.

@ronalesi Yes, this is exactly true. The B-side of the Ruffin record has the instrumental. This seems to be dubbed over that instrumental. I am surprised that this was released. Sounds rather unpracticed when compared to higher quality performances that he had released previously

I just love this song - can't get it out of my head. I wish we could buy this version sang by Robin. Glad he had this success during the "backlash disco years".

Nice song but in my opinion sang better by Jimmy Ruffin as Robin's voice is too high but great song written by him!
