I lived in Joburg for 5 years. Some nice parts but most of it is full of crime. I had the chance of a free holiday to the world cup in SA but refused because of the crime. Sorry to say you are heading for a third world status like many think we in the UK are.

I lived in Jo'burg 1970 to 80 and thing were not too bad, on average 30 murders per week - it's sure gone up man if it's now 300.

Migrants have flocked to UK for welfare benefits and some of the East Europian gangs from Russia and Rumania are more dangerous than the township gangs.
