both we saw this cgi davros used in a documentry called davros connectins (they did it like comedy conections on bbc 2) they used it as a visiual while using extracts from the audio drama "I' Davros" you can download davros conections from limewire though it may take some looking i would suggest watching it
no, the dw restoration team used it for the davros boxset. this was in an early trailer they made. still, it would be cool if this image was to be used in the season 30 finale!
