Bolo looks bulky. Then again it could be the quality of old videos. If anything good strength with great agility and dexterity beats alot of strenghth with minimal agility. Reason why most mma fighters are low on bodyfat and even if a powerlifter like derek poundstone cut despite his massive strength could not be a master of martial arts like bruce lee with good muscle mass. Agility helps inflict more damage by forcing the object(hand foot) at a fast eceeding force imapct is stronger.
